13.07.1945–1950 - Montevideo, Uruguay

1950–1970 - NYC.

High School  of Music & Art and Boston University School of Fine Arts.

1971–1984 - Italy (Pistoia/Florence).

1978–1983 - Teatro di Ricerca Affettiva.

During this period a number of important formative experiences with the work of August Boal, Jerzy Grotowski, Tedeuz Kantor, Steve Paxton, Simome Forti, Nicolas Cincone, Leo Bassi and others.

1984–to the present lives in Amsterdam.

1985–2001 interdisciplinary performance company Cloud Chamber.

2006–the present - Voices of the City Foundation dedicated to creating cultural manifestations to empower, inspire and bring people together. Including theater, dance, cabaret, circus, community art, movies and installations in which people and their stories are central.

2010–the present - CIRC/US, participatory storytelling based theatre combining the work of professionals and neighborhood people of all ages, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Cultural activism through theatre. The work takes on social, psychological and spiritual forms depending on the process and is always directed toward celebration of human potential, well-being and freedom.
